A Taste of the Van Life
Have you ever wanted to try "van life" or see what it's really all about? Or are you just in need of a really cool date idea? We want to give you that experience! Join us for a 3 course dinner that is entirely cooked from our Sprinter van. Imagine having the same high-quality food and service experience as a restaurant but in a mobile dining room surrounded by nature with candles lit and music playing. Edgar is a classically- trained Chef with 14 years of experience in the industry. He has worked for some of the top restaurants and chefs in Chicago allowing him to learn from the best when it comes to fine dining. Now we want to combine the amazing experience of a classy dinner with our new, interesting lifestyle on the road.
How It Works
After arranging a custom menu for you and your guest, we will meet you in your city at a local park or beach. When you arrive, we will show you around the van, and you'll have a seat at our dining table. Edgar will present you and your guest with the first course appetizers as you settle in and get acquainted with the tiny home experience. Once the appetizers are finished, the main entrees will be served. We will also discuss prior to the dinner date any food allergies or preferences. Each dish is delicately plated and served on glassware (versus any assumptions of paper products). After the main course, dessert will be ready and served to both guests with fresh coffee or tea to close out the evening. Once you are finished, you can stay as long you'd like to chat or take off to enjoy the rest of your night!

For now, we are officially scheduling up to 4 weeks out only.
